Our company has decided to reduce its capital in accordance with Article 447, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act

to align the capital amount with the current scale of the company.

• (1) Amount of Capital Reduction
  The capital will be reduced by ¥398,000,000 from the current ¥498,000,000, resulting in a new capital amount of ¥100,000,000.
• (2) Method of Capital Reduction
  This will be a gratuitous capital reduction without any refunds, and there will be no change in the total number of issued shares.
  The entire reduced capital amount of ¥398,000,000 will be transferred to the capital reserve.
